Cancellation FAQs

Will I be charged a cancellation fee? +

No. There are no cancellation fees, no early termination penalties, and no hidden charges. Cancellation is always free.

What happens to my data after I cancel? +

Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, it is securely deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Can I pause instead of cancel? +

Yes. Email us and we can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Paused accounts retain access to their data but not the live service.

Can I get a refund when I cancel? +

All payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing only — no refund is issued for the current or any previous billing period. Please review our full Refund Policy before subscribing.

What if I was charged after my cancellation was confirmed? +

Email us immediately at hello@mtraderslastltd.com. If a charge was made after written cancellation confirmation, we will investigate and correct any verified billing error within 10 business days.
